Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The room’s natural wood details and lovely linens made it feel like a peaceful escape from the busy city below. Nobu Hotel is a beautiful addition to New Orleans, with a calm, minimalist, sophisticated feel. It’s a quiet, high-end place to return to after the excitement of Caesars. The design and service were impeccable, five stars.

The AC finally got fixed, but it took more than 24 hours. Before that, nothing seemed to be done, and we got no updates. Nobody answered when we called the front desk or housekeeping. For a supposedly nice hotel, that was terrible service. Why pay extra for an upper level at Caesar’s if you can’t even reach anyone by phone?

The parking situation is bad, and staff cars block the road. When you try to talk to the workers, they insult you. The front workers are poor, and the place is often closed. Customers arriving from the airport can’t find anyone to help with their bags. I don’t recommend it. Those in charge should change their policies and improve the service.

The AC didn’t work, and the fan just kept blowing nonstop. I’ve never had worse service or a worse manager. There are dozens of hotels in NOLA that are better than this garbage place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I can’t wait to never stay here again.
