Roami At Factors Row

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the location was excellent value. I’m still waiting for feedback from 'Roami' about a security concern from a few nights ago, when 'people' were trying to get into my apartment in the early hours.

The place is cute and the location is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it. After a long flight, we found that the front door code didn’t work, and other guests were stuck outside too. We were eventually let into the building by someone from the cleaning team, only to find the room code failed as well. Nobody answered the help number. A kind man cleaning the floor called for help on his own phone, and they simply gave us the room code without checking our names or whether we had a booking. That made the access feel very unsafe. There was a sign at the front desk saying a staff member had gone to help someone and would be back in 10 minutes, but there was actually nobody working there. The apartment also had no A/C, which is a problem in warm New Orleans, and there weren’t even basic items like washing machine tablets. What’s the point of having a washer if you can’t use it? This isn’t a four-star hotel. For your own safety, stay somewhere else at a similar price.

We came to Roami Factors Row for a staycation for my girlfriend’s birthday during the week of September 22, 2025. The apartment was spotless, roomy, and beautifully done, with a nice mix of modern comfort and historic charm. It’s close to the French Quarter but far enough away to be peaceful. Check-in was easy, and the Roami team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I appreciated the amenities, secure entry, and how easy it was to get around the city. I’d recommend Roami Factors Row for business or leisure, and I’ll definitely stay again.

Really nice place, very clean, and you can walk to lots of things, including Bourbon Street. I loved the layout and the interior, and there was plenty of light for doing makeup. The host was attentive and quickly replied to a question I had. Nothing bad to say, I’d definitely stay here again. Give it a try.
