I was very happy with my seven-night stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and when I requested fresh towels or other supplies, they brought them promptly. Housekeeping is by request rather than automatic, which seems common in New Orleans. The Warehouse District location made it easy to walk to the National WWII Museum, riverfront, St Charles streetcar, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a welcome bonus after sightseeing. Breakfast was basic but adequate, and having it included was convenient. The complimentary popcorn at reception was a thoughtful extra. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was a good mix of location, comfort, and value. I’d happily come back.

I stayed three nights. The place is conveniently close to most spots, and the mini kitchen has a stove. Breakfast was decent, with the usual hotel choices, and they kept everything refilled on time. My only issue was housekeeping. They don’t provide full service, and when I asked after two nights, they said I should have requested it a day earlier. They did give me fresh towels, at least. It’s a good hotel, and proper housekeeping would make it even better.

This worked well as a home base for a longer trip or a Convention Center event. We could walk to the WWII Museum and some of the Warehouse District’s best restaurants. The included breakfast was appreciated, and cooking in our suite’s kitchen helped us save some money. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommend it.

The room had a great layout, and the dishes and silverware were clean. There were a few minor signs of age and use, but we’d definitely stay again. Breakfast was excellent, with food quality and choices as good as any hotel breakfast we’ve had. And there was coffee, of course. The staff were friendly too.

The staff were really nice, friendly, and eager to make our stay pleasant. Our room was nice, but the AC was very loud. The vents were broken, so we couldn’t redirect the airflow, which blew straight at us whether we were in bed or sitting on the sofa. The street was also noisy at night.
