The online pictures gave us the wrong idea. The place smelled musty when we pulled in, but we stayed because nothing else was available. Our room wasn't the worst, though it needed a better cleaning and the comforter was stained. Breakfast was just a waffle maker and corn flakes; we couldn't find syrup, and fruit flies were everywhere. We asked for a later checkout so we could go watch the football game somewhere. The employee said that was fine. When we came back and were relaxing, the owner walked right into the room. I explained we'd arranged a late checkout, but he said the employee was just a worker and there'd be a charge. If that's the case, shouldn't he know the policy? Not a good place to stay, 0/10 do not recommend.

In town for a family event, I found this gem. I soaked in the hot tub, and we got Domino's pizza last night. Cold outside, warm inside, and a very relaxing place. We went next door for coffee and breakfast, and the staff there were friendly too. Ever see the movie magnolia hotel? Judy dench was fantastic.

We paid $140 for a wedding stay on 11/18, but checked out after only 45 minutes and couldn't get our money back. My wife, our carpooling couple, and I decided within seconds of seeing the rooms that we couldn't stay. They looked nothing like the website pictures. There was mold everywhere, cobwebs all over, and cat food tucked behind the couch in our room. The other couple had a room joined to theirs by a door, and they could hear everything from the adjoining room, where people were living. It was hands down the worst hotel we've ever been to, and very disappointing. Read the reviews before booking. I'd advise going elsewhere.

There's nowhere in the room to charge electronics, so bring your own wall charger. It felt about the quality of a Super 8. The room didn't have glasses, and neither did the bathroom, so I had to sneak into the breakfast area to get some. It didn't seem especially clean, and it smelled very musty. The roof looked damaged, with plastic sheets where shingles were missing.
