AKA Sutton Place

Our apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. For a longer stay in New York, this place and its surrounding neighborhood have what you're looking for. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

The apartment had just the right amount of space for us, and the kitchen worked perfectly for making meals when we stayed in. The front desk service was professional and very good. Housekeeping came only once a week, but did a fantastic job. The laundry machines in the basement were new and worked well. Before we arrived, the hotel answered my emails right away and gave me everything I asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

The staff made this place for us. Everyone we dealt with, from the barman and door staff to reception, was friendly, upbeat, and a pleasure to talk to. We spent eight weeks here after first moving to NY, and the rooms and facilities were fantastic too. I can't say enough good things about how the place is run.

I stayed here while recovering from surgery, and the clean, comfortable room, quiet street, sunlight, storage, and helpful staff all made for a good stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartments aren't all the same. If you need a particular feature, call about a week ahead to confirm what your assigned room has. Email communication before I arrived was a little difficult, though the staff were super helpful in person.
