Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel

The room was arranged thoughtfully and felt comfortable and private. It wasn’t especially spacious, but there was a little more room than we needed, and everything seemed placed with purpose. I also appreciated the reassuring sense of security and the convenient location. The dining room had a refined feel, with attentive, organized service and a consistent standard of presentation. At the front desk, the team welcomed us warmly, and check-in was smooth and efficient from the moment we arrived. Cleanliness, punctuality, privacy, service, security, location, and the room design all made this a five-star stay. I’m grateful for the memorable hospitality.

There’s not much in the way of amenities, the microwave is in a shared area, for instance, but I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it. For the price, it’s hard to beat: the rooms are clean and feel fairly modern, without those old carpets you sometimes run into. The location is central, and the service is incredibly friendly. Honestly, the front desk staff are the nicest I’ve met.

We’re coming back because the location is so good and the staff are accommodating and super friendly. Christina and Mr Singh at the front desk deserve a special mention. The room was clean, functional, and spacious enough for a short stay, and it was quiet enough too. It’s generally good value. There’s not much in the way of amenities like a gym or pool, but we’re usually out around town anyway, so that didn’t bother us.

Getting around was easy from here, with Penn Station and the subway both convenient to reach. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. My one small gripe is that the pillow and comforter were on the small side. Still, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.
