The staff need a lot of training. Citi concerts and other events are very loud and can wake you up early in the morning.

I spent two months here, from December 2023 through January 2024. A lot of Manhattan's corporate housing buildings feel old-fashioned, but The Centria seems to have been renovated more recently. It has a concierge, doorman service, and a fitness room, though the gym is small and down in the basement. I'd recommend it for a business trip to NYC.

The apartments are roomy, and the place is clean. Housekeeping did a great job. My one issue was that a long-term tenant on line C smokes, and the cigarette smell gets into my kitchen. Aside from that, it's a nice place.

Everything feels clean, and the concierge is friendly and on duty around the clock. The building is in a central spot, close to everything.
