Churchill At 777 6th Avenue

Juan at the front desk deserves a special mention. He handles hundreds of heavy packages every day and still knows each tenant personally. He’s outstanding. The staff as a whole are caring and personable, and we know each other by name. They make the building feel like family, and we feel safe here, which matters a lot with a baby. Maintenance requests are sorted quickly, and it’s clear they hire good people. We’ve been here almost three years. The apartments are lovely and well maintained, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views. We can watch the sunrise and sunset, and see the Empire State Building’s colors change at night. The rent is insane, but the people are why we stay year after year.

We’re sad to leave after a great year in this apartment. The location was wonderful, and Felix, the General service director, made moving out easy. Juan and Luis are great too, especially Juan, the best doorman out there.

We love living at 777, especially with our dog. There’s no weight restriction, and Madison Square park is a short walk away with a huge dog run. It’s also easy to get to just about anything, from Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, Traders Joes and other groceries to all kinds of restaurants and street food. Moving from out of state to NYC for our jobs with a Golden Retriever made apartment hunting hard. Zeika arranged a virtual tour and helped us sign the lease, and Zeika and Juan made the move-in process so easy. They provided carts for all our boxes and large packages. Juan greets you at the front door every day and is always so nice. The building has a gym, laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, a terrace, a top deck, and a work/media room. The staff are kind, and this is an amazing place to call home, especially for your pups.

The building is really lovely, even though management pushes rent as high as possible each year and nickel-and-dimes tenants for garbage, amenities, and other fees. I enjoyed living here. The units are nice and the place is well kept, and the people working here are wonderful. Juan, Terrance, Tamara, and Jonathan at the front desk became friends while I lived there. When I needed a service request handled in my unit, Pedro was quick to help and did a great job.
