The Chemist's Club was easily the best of the hotels I stayed at during the same period, and we even extended our visit. As someone who travels often and works in the travel industry, I'd call it a true 10/10. Mark and his whole team made our stay amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the Alchemist bathroom products. The layout and design were thoughtful too, even the hallways kept the rooms from feeling right next to each other. The lobby was lovely, and the third-floor gym was beautiful, functional, and had plenty of options. Benjamin's next door was a great addition. Loved this hotel and would gladly return.

We got snowed in during the blizzard, and luckily the hotel had a few extra nights available for us. It was lovely, clean, and newly renovated, and we especially appreciated the friendly service. My one suggestion is to redo the restaurant. Better food and a renovation would make the place perfect.

The location is hard to beat, just a short walk from Grand Central Terminal, which made getting around and exploring easy. Our room was spacious for New York, spotless, and nicely furnished. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the elegant bathroom had a strong, hot shower. The staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The lobby is small but beautifully designed, with charming fall decorations that made it feel warm right away. Every detail seemed cared for, and the stay was memorable. I'll definitely return on my next city visit.

The room was impressively large for this location, and the complimentary minibar was especially welcome since I arrived late and few food places were still open. The hotel has a distinctive, sophisticated design and felt very quiet and private. The staff and service were excellent, and I liked the gym too. It was a little odd not having any outside view or natural light. I felt somewhat cut off from the outside world, though that could suit someone who wants that. The location near Geand Central is excellent.

My fiancé and I usually stay in Chelsea when we visit NYC, but for Christmas 25 we chose somewhere more central, and we're glad we did. The location was excellent, with everything walkable and Bryant Park, Grand Central, and 5th Ave about five minutes away. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, and the room was very spacious for NY. Our favorite touch was getting fresh hot chocolate and gingerbread men each afternoon. A wonderful hotel, highly recommend.
