We were surprised by how roomy the place was for New York, especially at the January rate we got. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff were kind and ready to help. For the price, it seemed like one of the better hotel values in the city. We'd definitely recommend it.

The top-floor lobby and coffee spot was handy for a quick call or meeting, and there was filtered water on every floor. My room had what I needed, including a comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom with a shower, a little fridge, and even a microwave. It was kept quite clean, too. The hotel is close to Grand Central Station, in an area that feels calm by NYC standards. There’s also a small gym and laundry room, and the staff were friendly.

We were able to leave our luggage after checkout because our flight was later, which was much appreciated. During our four-day birthday trip, the room was spotless, text-based guest service was convenient, and check-in went quickly. My wife and I loved the hotel and thought the rooftop lounge was amazing.

The service really stood out. Everyone was warm and helpful, and Elias, Marc Anthony, Manny, and Janet deserve a special thank you for making us feel so welcome. The terrace was lovely, too. Our room was comfortable and clean, with anything else we needed available on demand. Hotel Boutique Grand Central is near Grand Central Station, which made exploring the city easy. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

There’s a cozy top-floor place to have tea or coffee and look out over New York, plus a laundry room on the third floor. The rooms were cleaned regularly and felt fresh and comfortable. It’s a really nice hotel right in the heart of the city.
