The Hilton Club - New York

The best part was our corner room on the 34th floor, with one window looking toward The Empire State Building and another toward Central Park. We were lucky to get those views. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom and towels felt worn out, but the hot water and pressure were great after long, cold days out exploring the city. For $500 a night after taxes and everything, I may have ignorantly expected more, but it was New York between Christmas and New Year's, and it was BUSY. The location was great. The elevators took forever. We nearly missed our Uber to the airport after taking 6 elevators, and the two of us had to split up to get down with one suitcase each. Overall, a B+.

Jojo and the whole team helped plan sightseeing tours, and I really appreciated it. They went above and beyond every day. The service felt like royal treatment: attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm, with professionalism and care in every interaction. It's rare to find people who take such pride in making a guest's stay memorable, and Jojo was a great example. I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived at Hilton Club New York. The stay was comfortable and memorable, and I left refreshed and appreciated, already looking forward to coming back. They exceeded all my expectations. An outstanding experience from beginning to end, 1,000/10.

I've changed rooms multiple times, and they were all the same. The room smells dirty and moldy, there's no water, and the sheets are stained, with more problems besides. Bring a bottle of water since there's none in the room. I'd stay away from this hotel.

Pick a different hotel, maybe a Hyatt. This one isn't worth the money. The elevator takes forever, and the room feels dirty with mold in the bathroom. The heater or elevator was extremely loud all night and made it hard to sleep. The shower barely worked, with half the water coming out of the tub spout. You get only one body towel and no hand towels, so enjoy sharing. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can buy one downstairs for $8.
