We stayed with our toddler. The room was pretty small, with only tiny drawers for clothes and no real place for luggage, so we lived out of our suitcases all week. Daily housekeeping did a lovely job and the rooms were always clean. The in-room fitness space felt a little odd given how nice the gym is, though I think that's a theme with Even hotels. Elevators were fast, and the lobby, restaurant, and meeting space were nice. Everyone we spoke with was kind and approachable. It's a safe area with key-required access, and there are several restaurants and subway stations close by. Nearby construction made the hotel tricky to find. Overall, a good stay.

The elevators were spacious and fast, which made a real difference during a busy stay in NYC. The front desk staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, and we had plenty of restaurant choices just steps away. With a subway stop on the same block, getting around the city couldn't be easier. We loved staying here and will be back next time we're in New York City.

We came for the Westminster dog show this weekend. The rooms were a little small, but comfortable, and the place was clean with comfortable beds. The showers were huge, warm, and had great water pressure. Staff were amazingly nice. I'd probably recommend the hotel and stay here again.

The room fitness gear went unused, haha, but the rooms at EVEN Hotel Times Square South were clean, modern, comfortable, and practical for New York, even if a bit small. We had some early problems with food and drinks, and Armando the bar tender did his best despite having no stock. After we spoke up, Edward (the F&B manager) and Nyeenya (the front desk manager) took ownership and responded quickly and thoughtfully, doing everything they could to put things right and make sure we left happy. Sheila, Jaszmine, and Jacqueline on the front desk deserve a mention too. What could have been disappointing turned into a memorable stay because of how the team handled it. Their care and professionalism say a lot about the people and culture here. We'd stay again and really appreciate the way they turned things around.

The location near the city center was spectacular, and the place was very clean and comfortable. The à la carte breakfast had something for every taste, and my waiter, Xavier, provided top-notch service. Afternoon reception staff were friendly and attentive. I can't say the same about the morning team, especially Yahaira. She seemed completely inattentive to guests, and I felt as though I had to beg for service when I was paying for it. Other guests I spoke with shared that view. Her sour expression and unpleasant gestures in response to questions, requests, or needs were upsetting. Good service is essential to a hotel stay, and this is a RED flag for YOUR PLACE.
