On the night of my wedding, the room next door had its TV blaring until 3 a.m. I called the front desk twice and nothing changed, so we barely slept on what should have been one of our most special nights. The next morning, restaurant service was poor too. My coffee cup was only half full. I asked for more hot water, but it took five minutes, by which point the coffee had gone cold. They brought the check without a pen, and I had to get up and pay it myself. That may sound minor, but it felt unacceptable for a hotel marketed as luxury. After a long day out, I came back at 3 p.m. hoping to rest and found the room untouched: towels on the floor, bed unmade, nothing cleaned. I had to go downstairs and ask for housekeeping. I've spent over $500,000 at five-star hotels in the past two years, and based on my experience, Fouquet’s Hotel NYC is nowhere near the standard it claims. The location and price made the poor service and management even more disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting true luxury.

The rooms are stunning, and the staff are fantastic. I also love the hidden bar at night, plus the gym and spa amenities are a big bonus. It's my favorite hotel in NY, with a size that feels just right, neither too big nor too small.

I'm a private chauffeur and have brought many clients here over the last two years. None of them has ever complained. The place is upscale and really on point, from the staff to the ambiance. They seem to get everything right.

I spent a great week here in August 2025. The suite was absolutely perfect, and the staff were professional and kind. A big thanks to Lissy, the Manager. Must visit if you're around Tribeca.

The staff made the whole visit feel welcoming, with attentive care that never got in the way. The food was lovely too: the sandwiches and pastries were beautifully put together, light and fresh, and each bite felt like a little taste of summer. I tried the High Iced Tea at Fouquet's NYC on the summer terrace. The city views are breathtaking, with greenery all around that gives the terrace a peaceful garden feel above the busy city. The furniture and colors are elegant, fresh, and soothing, while the cheerful La DoubleJ tea set adds a playful note. Fouquet’s NYC is an extraordinary hotel in a great city location. This tea experience is a lovely way to slow down, whether you're visiting or live nearby. I'd absolutely recommend trying it if you want something memorable and refreshingly different. Thank you!
