Doxie Hotel

We were a family of six, and the adjoining rooms worked perfectly for our group. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was accommodating. The front desk was always super friendly. We'd definitely return.

For a budget hotel, this met our standards. It was clean, a decent size, and in an amazing location, just right for a short tourist trip. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is fantastic, with subway entrances easy to find just a short walk away. Lots of must-see spots are walkable too, including Broadway theaters, Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center. The room was small but clean, and we had no problems. They brought fresh towels as needed, and the front desk was quick, helpful, and polite. I'm picky about vacation stays, but this place was a delight. We absolutely loved it and will come back if we're in New York again.

The Doxie Hotel is a simple, stylish place that gave me comfort without chaos, and I’ll absolutely stay again. It’s in a fantastic spot, close to transit, food, Broadway, and Penn Station, with everything just steps away. Great for exploring or coming into the city for auditions, business, or a quick getaway. David at the front desk made check-in effortless. He was warm, kind, patient with my questions, and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and refreshed it with care, and the staff were friendly whenever I saw them. That level of care is rare for a budget-friendly property. Highly recommend!
