Four Points By Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West

The hotel was impressively quiet for Manhattan, with almost no street noise, and it was clean and comfortable. Free coffee by the entrance was a nice touch in the morning. We could also leave our luggage after checkout, which made travel much easier and less stressful. I stayed for two days and felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The genuine hospitality stood out, especially from Marvin Eastman and Joel Abreu, who were friendly, helpful, and ready to answer questions. It was a very enjoyable stay, and I'd happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The hot water pump in the building failed during this visit, so everyone had a cold shower in the morning. They somehow found a replacement and had it installed by mid-afternoon. I appreciated getting two apology emails, a breakfast voucher, and some Bonvoy points, especially since the room rate was $700 per night. I was in an upgraded high-floor room overlooking Hudson Yards, and it was nice. The breakfast area is small but pleasant, and the location works perfectly for Javitz, Hudson Yards, and MSG.

Greg greeted me at the front desk after my flight was delayed and I arrived really late. He was the nicest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel front desk, and he set a high bar for the rest of my stay. That's reason enough for me to return. I was here for a Javits Center conference, and the location was super convenient. The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and it's easy to get places from here without being in an overly busy spot. I can't recommend the property and staff enough.

Clean rooms with good space, and the staff were great and friendly. Greywind across the street is an amazing restaurant, highly recommend it. The hotel is handy for the Javitz Center, Midtown West, BR, the Vessel, and the ferry system. I just wish there were a few more restaurants right nearby. Very good overall.
