Wendy at the desk helped me out with a late checkout on my final day, so I could finish some work before going to the airport. She was amazing. The hotel’s beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, and the service is great. It’s near the highway, but I couldn’t hear it from my room, especially with the fan or AC running. There are three subway stations within a 20 to 25 minute walk, including one that’s accessible.

Jonathan at reception was especially welcoming and accommodating, and got me rooms that worked well for me. I had a peaceful, enjoyable stay and plan to come back. The building is recently built, with nice views in both directions, and the rooms are modern, sleek, and roomy enough. Breakfast had a good range of choices. There’s self-parking in the building as well as free street parking. It’s near the tunnel and close to Manhattan, and the hotel also has shuttles.

I liked the shuttle to the metro station, which runs in the morning until 11:00 AM and again from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The hotel’s in an industrial area, but with the shuttle it worked out fine, and there’s a beautiful view of Manhattan. My room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean too. Food-wise, there’s breakfast but no lunch or dinner; breakfast is simple and not a huge spread, though fine for getting the day started. For the price and quality, it’s a very good option in the area.

Wendy at reception was welcoming and really nice. The free daytime shuttle to the 7 was great for connecting to Manhattan. The area felt a little scary at night, though arriving in a Lyft was fine. My main issue was the shower: most of the time, getting hot water was a problem.
