Hotel 369 Brooklyn

We left a 100$ deposit, so keep that in mind. For us, the price still wasn’t worth it, even though it wasn’t expensive. The room didn’t seem very clean, and there was yelling through the night and early morning. We could hear everything happening in the hotel parking area, and it wasn’t pleasant. We stayed just one night in September before our flight and could barely close our eyes.

The room was so small I couldn’t even set up my suitcase without putting it on a table that wasn’t meant for that. It was loud all night, and I’ve never been kept awake in a hotel like I was here. The newer look doesn’t tell the whole story. The place felt seedy, with people coming and going through the night, and marijuana and tobacco smells in the halls and elevator seeping under the door into the room. I regretted booking as soon as I walked in. It’s barely a step above Motel 6. Don’t stay here.

My room and the shared areas were spotless and well looked after, which kept the hotel feeling fresh and welcoming throughout my stay. The security team and other staff were polite, professional, and sincerely helpful, making everything go smoothly and comfortably. I had a wonderful visit, and would highly recommend the place for its service and cleanliness.

The front desk was courteous and helpful, the refrigerator kept everything crisp and cold, and the AC was a lifesaver. I don’t know what some of the other reviews were talking about: every time we came back, both our room and bathroom were spotless. I spent a few days here in July, and the rooms were clean throughout. It was mostly quiet at night, aside from other guests coming and going. For the price, 10/10. I’d recommend it.
