For a budget stay, I’d actually recommend this place. The rooms are cute and affordable, and the bed was comfortable. Room service was impeccable, though they knocked while we were asleep despite the door tag saying we didn’t need service. Our room card stopped working every time we left the building, so the front desk had to get it working several times. Parking is a tiny lot where nearly everyone double parks, so your car might end up on the street. Only registered guests are allowed in the room, with a limit of two people per room.

The location was the main plus for me, and it was very convenient for what I needed. Rooms and service were reliable, and matched the solid three-star standard I expected for a comfortable stay. I had a very positive four-star experience.

We liked the place and it had the basic amenities, but we found bed bugs in our bed and they bit my wife.

It was a solid stay. The room was clean, the air blew cold, and the staff were flexible. Places like this often get mediocre ratings, but the service was good.

At 3:39 am, the woman at reception was watching a movie while speaking with me and came across as very rude. She first told me I couldn't see the room and had to look online. After I showed it to her online, she said she didn't know. I felt she was racist, and I'm going to file a case against them in court.
