Valet was a horrific experience. I checked out at 10 am, but we didn’t leave until 12:00 pm. The front desk said the car would be brought up in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked why it still hadn’t arrived. An hour in, I asked again. One of the women went to the garage to find out what was holding it up, then after another 15-20 minutes they told me to go down there myself. The garage staff couldn’t find our vehicle. I gave them its model, year, color, and license plate, but they still couldn’t locate it. Eventually I asked if I could look myself and found it in an area they hadn’t searched. The valet said they’d put the key in the wrong box and didn’t know where the car was. I told the manager at the front desk what had happened. He stood there smiling and asked when my next trip was and what he could do. I asked for a refund because the hotel advertises valet service, but they couldn’t find our car, I had to find it, and I drove it out of the garage myself. He said he would refund the valet charge after staring at the screen for a couple of minutes. I asked for a paper receipt; he said he could email it, wrote down my email, and I left. When I checked my bank account today, the valet charge was still there. I’m extremely upset that the manager said to my face he’d refund me and then didn’t. It also felt like he wasn’t listening to my concerns. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to deal with lying management.

The view of the Manhattan skyline from the window was a wonderful bonus, and the location is right in the center of Flushing, just a block from Tangram Mall and its 100-plus shops and restaurants. For getting around and finding food or shopping, it couldn’t be better. The property seems fairly new, and that shows in the rooms: everything felt fresh, with no lingering smells at all. For a hotel of this class in Flushing, the price is on the lower end, so it’s excellent value. Staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout. I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed overnight for a Mets game and would book again if we came back. The room was super clean and a little small, with a comfy queen bed, microwave, and small fridge. It worked for us since all we needed was somewhere to sleep. Citi Field is within walking distance. There’s a parking garage attached to the hotel. I believe they charge $33, but we used SpotHero and paid $19 in the same garage. I recommend checking parking prices before buying through the hotel.

The room was a little small but clean, with a nice city view. Staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The best thing for me was the valet parking. Street parking seemed impossible in such a convenient spot, and the garage price was decent. Being able to get in and out with the car was great flexibility, something you never get in Manhattan. There’s lots nearby: Main street is within walking distance, with loads of good restaurants. Sky View Mall, with the Nike outlet, Convers outlet, Target, and more, is only a 10-15 minute walk. There are also karaoke places and claw machine arcades, so it’s a fun area for shopping and entertainment. Overall, a good stay.

The room was clean and quiet, and I had a pretty great view. There was a mini fridge, a desk area, a comfy chair with a well-placed reading light, and a clean bathroom with plenty of hooks for clothes or damp towels and really nice products. Breakfast was decent and the service was great. It’s a convenient place to stay, reasonably close to the airport and near shopping and dining. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. A very good stay.
