Staypineapple An Artful Hotel Midtown New York

The room was very small, and with all my luggage I had to spread it out on the bed. Even so, I’d absolutely stay again. The location is nice, about a 15-minute walk to Times Square, so you’re away from the noise at night but still have a pleasant walk there. The staff were incredibly kind, and helped me call a cab and print some things. Thanks to Freddy, Max, and Kayla for helping me out.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the window had a nice view. It’s on the small side, so it suits a short solo trip. The person checking me in was really nice, and the hotel has a fun, trendy look. The bed setup made me stub my toe hard twice, though, and I wish the mattress had been more comfortable. It felt a little cheap. I was only there one night and needed a safe, cozy place, and the location was super convenient.

Even in such a busy area, the hotel was quiet and I slept well. It’s also an easy walk to Times Square, which made getting around simple. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, especially Ken, who was kind and helpful. I appreciated that the hotel is eco-friendly and pet-friendly. A comfortable, pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

That bed was my favorite part, the pillows and blankets were unbelievably comfortable. The lobby, elevator, halls, and rooms all looked beautiful and were clean. It had a luxury hotel feel, with lovely design and service, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, coffee, and a reusable water bottle, which was a pleasant surprise. Best hotel we’ve stayed at in NYC so far. I’d give more than five stars if I could. Nice work, Stay pineapple. We’ll book with you from now on!
