The location is good, with handy public transport. The rooms have a few issues, though communication with the owners was good.

The bed is wonderful, and the simple rooms are equipped very well. There's coffee and a coffee maker in the kitchen, and even a hairdryer in the bathroom. The neighborhood isn't the best, but the city center is about a 20-minute metro ride away.

Weekday construction started at 7 a.m. and made the accommodation extremely noisy. The site was right beside the property, with drilling, hammering, and machinery throughout. This has apparently been going on for months and is not due to finish until 2027, yet neither the listing nor the landlord warned us. A solution was offered much too late, and they ignored our reasonable compensation proposal. The Wi-Fi was also severely limited for our whole stay. We're still waiting for proper compensation from both Booking.com and the landlord. At this point, I can't recommend either the accommodation or the platform.
