We got a great price on a lovely room, very close to Times Square. We chose a suite with a separate living area and a king size bed. It was spotless, and the rain shower was especially nice. Some reviews had me worried that it would feel outdated, but nothing important did. Only the bathroom accent tiles seemed dated, and we didn’t mind. I’d stay again.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. I also found the hotel peaceful and relaxing, with courteous, friendly staff. The location worked perfectly for us. I can’t fault the stay and would happily recommend it to family and friends. I’ll definitely come back.

We’d gladly stay here again. It’s well placed for exploring on foot, with Rockefeller Center, Times Square, the green train line, and Grand Central all easy to reach. Our room was small but pleasant and had what we needed. If you’re facing the courtyard, I’d suggest a room above the 12th floor for a view. The air conditioning was noisy, and our airport car was booked an hour later than we’d asked.

Service was great, and the continental breakfast was okay. We had a suite with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, clean room, decent Wi-Fi, good AC, and nice bathroom products. The shower felt cramped, though, and the curtain kept brushing against me. A curved curtain rod would help. The blackout shades let in a lot of morning light, and the heavy doors slammed shut loudly enough that neighboring guests could wake you. I’d rate the hotel around 3.5 to 4 stars.
