I showed up to check in for my hostel booking, but nobody was at the door and nobody answered the phone, despite my repeated calls. The next morning, I got a text asking, “where are you?” It was ridiculous and unprofessional. I had to spend almost $200 extra on a last-minute booking and taxi rides. They ignored me completely, without even being professional enough to apologize or offer anything in return. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It isn't worth it, and you'll be sorry. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL!
