We had a really good stay. The staff were all so friendly, and they brought us a rollaway bed quickly. The room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable for four people. An excellent experience overall, highly recommend.

The staff were all lovely, and both check-in and checkout were easy. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We stayed at The Lombardy for a week while visiting from overseas, and the room was great, with coffee and bottles of water provided. The location is excellent, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a quiet room with excellent service, and it had been updated. The location was wonderful. We were here on a family vacation, and the room was comfortable and plenty big, with a small kitchen. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

The suites are spacious, especially for New York, but they look dated and worn enough to feel dingy. Noise was another issue: we heard everything in the hallway and the guests upstairs, who sounded like they were moving furniture around at 2 a.m. The bellhop was kind, while the rest of the staff seemed neutral rather than warm. The first time we arrived, I think the doorman held the door for us, but every time after that he watched us walk by. We’ve stayed at The Lombardy twice. It’s fine and does the job, but everything feels very average. For the price, there are probably better options in Midtown.

I’ve stayed here a lot while visiting our daughter at college. It’s a nice older New York hotel with great rates and lots of room options, and every room is different!
