Leaving Symphony House after 2 ½ years is bittersweet. The amenities were a pleasure to use, with a well-kept gym, outdoor deck, pool, and business lounges. It's also hard to beat being a block from Columbus Circle and Central Park. My wife and I will miss the whole team, from management to the doormen and maintenance staff. The building is exceptionally well run, and everyone has been professional and accommodating. One of the best teams we've had the pleasure of living with.

We had a terrific two years here and will miss the city views. Being near Columbus Circle made it easy to get around the city, and the entire building team, from the doormen and maintenance crew to the front desk and management, was excellent. Senad deserves a special mention.

We loved our three years at Symphony House and are sad to go, though a cross-country job opportunity is taking us away. The gym had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub felt like a real luxury. Working from home was easier with the coffee machines and business center. Our apartment had been newly renovated before we moved in, so we hardly had any issues. When we did need something handled, it was taken care of quickly. The leasing team made both moving in and moving out easy, and the maintenance and front desk staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Senad, Omar, Harris, Zach, and Peter. Thank you to everyone at SH for making it such a lovely place to live.

The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, the staff are lovely, and it's close to many subway lines. But construction around both the building and neighborhood has been constant. At least the A units hear it clearly. Since I moved in during summer, there's regularly been loud work starting at 7:45 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and for weeks the summer construction continued past midnight. It may not be the building's fault, but it's something to consider.

I attended a Halloween event at Symphony House and had a wonderful time. The residents were lovely and enthusiastic, while the staff and management kept everything organized and were warm and professional. The building itself is stunning, with spectacular views from the 43rd floor and a hard-to-beat location. A beautiful experience all around! 🎃✨
