Jocelyn made our check-in quick and pleasant. She was professional, very accommodating, and recommended a suite that worked perfectly for celebrating 9 years of marriage. The suite was in the basement, but it was beautiful, private, and very nice. The little breakfast cafe is right on the same floor, and everything was very clean. Jocelyn's customer service made the stay, and there's parking too. 10 out of 10, I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND!

I really appreciated how attentive Jocelyn was. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and the room was very clean and warm. I wish more people and hotels showed the same appreciation for their guests.

Jocelyn is one of the sweetest hosts, and she's a supervisor too! I planned a trip from SF to NY for my 91 yr old auntie's celebration of life. I first called and spoke with Jocelyn over a month ago. She made us feel so welcome and made sure both my auntie, who is handicapped, and I were taken care of. She's a gem 💎 and an amazing front desk supervisor.

The hotel was quiet and our room was clean, with everything we needed. Jocelyn gave us a delightful check-in, made sure we were all set, and recommended the perfect pizza place when we asked. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The buffet breakfast was delicious too, and a staff member made waffles for us. We were close to the places we visited, including the Bronx Zoo and the New York botanical garden. The parking lot is a little tight, but everything else was amazing. We'd absolutely stay here again.

I had no trouble finding a parking spot on any of the days I stayed. There's plenty of space in the lot. My first room was beside a small convenience store inside the hotel, and it was pretty noisy, but the front desk worked with me and moved me to another room. Fari, the cook, was lovely, and breakfast was delicious.
