We eventually booked a room again ourselves and stayed, and that room was fine apart from a shower that wouldn't get hot. The trouble started at check-in: Sabrina, the front desk manager, was very rude and accused us of never calling, even after I showed her the call log. We had a two-day reservation but couldn't arrive the first night. I called the hotel and was told someone would check us in so we could come the next day, but that message apparently wasn't passed on and we were marked as a no-show. I understand businesses have procedures, but Sabrina said she couldn't help and told us to rebook on our own. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was disappointing.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly soft to sleep in. We could walk to almost everything we needed. But I was upset that flowers delivered for me on Saturday weren't brought to my attention. My roommate went down on Sunday because her key had stopped working, and only then did the girl remember the flowers were there. I can't understand how an expensive bouquet could be delivered and the hotel still fail to let you know.

Marcos made a real impression with how friendly, professional, and hospitable he was with guests. We also had a great time in the club lounge, especially the spectacular view. The rooms were spotless, and at check-in the staff welcomed us with bottled water and popcorn. The team was professional and warm throughout. The hotel is on Canal Street, close to the R, N, Q, W subway entrance, with Little Italy and Chinatown easy to reach. We spent New Year's Eve here in NYC and had a fantastic trip. I'd happily stay again, and give it 10 stars.

Amina at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. She even let us into our room a little early, and it was nice to see her smiling face in the lobby whenever we passed by. The room was clean and cozy, and the rest of the staff who helped us were lovely too. Sheraton Tribeca was a great base in NYC in December 2025, near good shops, restaurants, and subway stations, all within walking distance. It was a magical time of year to visit, and we'd definitely stay here again.

The lounge was the best part of my stay. Marcos made me feel welcome and added a personal touch, and I liked the better food and drink selection. Having an IPA or a glass of wine at the end of the day with that fantastic view over Midtown was hard to beat. The hotel is on the small side, and the room can feel a little cramped, but it had what mattered: it was clean, towels were fresh, and housekeeping was consistent. Getting around was quick when the elevators were working smoothly. The subway is close, and SOHO and Chinatown are easy to get to. A solid stay with great service.
