I lived in this building for three years, and it got worse each year. One or more elevators are always out of service. In the past few months, I’ve been trapped in the service elevator three times and had to call the fire department. Maintenance problems keep coming up and rarely get fully fixed, and management is highly incompetent. The only good thing about the building is the doormen, Gabrielle and Santos. Stay away.

The apartments are spacious, open, light, and beautifully laid out. Coming home is a joy because the doormen are so friendly and welcoming. In my 35 years in the City, the Property Manager is the best I’ve worked with, knowledgeable, helpful, on top of everything, and a pleasure to work with. Stonehenge 65 is a wonderful building with truly exceptional staff.

We’ve just moved into Stonehenge 65 and are having a great experience. Our apartment is exactly right, thanks to Amy Schulman and the leasing team, who made the whole process smooth. Fritz and Steve, the building managers, are responsive and helpful, and the doormen are friendly and eager to assist. We’re happy with the building and its location, a few blocks from the subway and close to lots of great restaurants.

Moving is hard, but the leasing team led by Amy Schulman, the management team, and the building staff made the process much easier. Their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness were tremendous throughout. We’re excited to be the newest residents of Stonehenge 65 and part of the Stonehenge community. Thank you all.

The leasing department is even worse than the management. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. They act like whatever they say goes, with no room for flexibility. Some apartments have been renovated, but I don’t think that’s worth it if anything goes wrong. Terrible management. Avoid this place.
