4/10
We were able to enjoy a lovely vacation in New York because the suite happened to be available when we arrived, even though there was no booking listed despite our payment. Another Swiss family had booked it for five people, although it only holds four, and it was already occupied. The doorman said this wasn't the first time it had happened. It's a shame, and that's why I took points off. The suite itself was clean, beautifully furnished, relatively quiet, and in a great location. Still, the online photos didn't quite match it. It was on the second floor, the first floor in US/UK terms, looking out onto the facade of the building opposite.
