The outside had me unsure, but from the lobby to the rooms, the inside was modern and clean. The staff, especially at the front desk, were all so nice. My room was comfortable and clean, with a quality robe and slippers, an iron, a smart TV, and a mini fridge. The ironing board was tiny, so I had to iron on the bed. The heating and cooling controls had settings to suit everyone. The bar lounge was classy and modern, with dim lighting and good music. On Sunday, we got complimentary champagne in the lobby, though the bar was closed Sunday and Monday. They also had a cute Valentine’s Day photo setup where you could take good pictures. The subway is around the corner, with pizza spots and bars in walking distance and a restaurant next door. I’ll definitely book again! :)

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Frederick Hotel. The location was convenient and walkable, making it a great base for exploring the area. The attached restaurant was excellent, and breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the amenities helped make the visit easy and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

The hotel’s location was great, right by the subway 2 line, which I used to get there. We also saw the jenga tower and Ghostbusters headquarters nearby, and our window had a great view of the World Trade Center. This is already my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in the city! On Friday night we went to Primo, the hotel bar. The atmosphere was awesome, with great music, really nice bartenders, and other customers around our age, in their 20s and 30s. At check-in, the staff were attentive, and there was a Valentine’s Day backdrop in the lobby where they took Polaroids for us to keep. Our room was very clean and on the fourth floor. I worried we’d be too close to the street, but we hardly heard any outside noise. There’s a mini fridge but no microwave, so keep that in mind if you bring home dinner leftovers.

A solid choice in the Tribeca and Soho area, and much better than I expected. The staff were friendly, especially Jery, and the hotel felt warm and well-appointed. The rooms are small, as you'd expect in NY, and the beds are quite firm. The walls are a bit thin, and we heard some door slamming.

The Frederick Hotel felt like a true boutique stay, with personal service and attention to detail. My room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. The staff were excellent throughout, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Tribeca is an ideal location: quiet and charming, with several subway lines nearby. I’d confidently recommend this well-run, chic downtown hotel to solo travelers, couples, or business guests.
