Kubra is especially kind and always in a good mood, and the rest of the staff are polite and helpful too. The hotel is very nice and clean. This is my second stay, and I'll definitely come back. The team really makes the difference!

The room was great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which mattered so much during a stressful week. My husband was having open heart surgery, and we stayed at The Marmara Park Avenue for the week. The hotel gave us a calm, comforting place to get through it. Rachel was so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. I'm deeply grateful for the care and hospitality. We'll definitely return, hopefully next time for much happier reasons.

The service at The Marmara Park Avenue made my stay feel special, and I'd highly recommend it. Michael Baize, the manager, checked me in right away rather than leave me waiting, and stayed genuinely attentive and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. Floyd was kind and helpful, and Wiz from security was friendly and welcoming each time I came in. Beliz made me an amazing breakfast in the mornings and was one of the sweetest people I met during my stay. Everyone went above and beyond.

The shower was awkward to use, and there was nowhere to set anything in the bathroom. Even a small spot for a makeup bag would help. The room felt cramped, though that’s New York, and the location more than makes up for it. The staff were professional and kind. Really, this place has location, location, location.

We were only in NYC for two nights with the family, but the service made the stay stand out. When I mentioned we’d forgotten the kids’ swim goggles, a bellman overheard and found a spare pair in the pool room. That kind of help felt completely genuine. The facilities were better than average for the price and location, and I’d stay here again.
