The Times Square EDITION

It was my first time in New York, and we were there for our anniversary, so the trip was already special. Veronica at the front office made it unforgettable with a room upgrade, sweets, and a handwritten card. It was such a personal, thoughtful gesture and meant a lot. When a blizzard might have disrupted our plans, Angel/Angelo? reassured us that we could stay in the same room if needed. His calm, helpful manner gave us peace of mind. The gentlemen by the door were welcoming every time we came in and offered umbrellas before we even asked. Their hospitality made our first NYC visit feel warm and cared for. We'll never forget it.

The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and spacious, and the property itself is stunning. From here, almost anywhere is reachable with a 20-minute walk or train ride. What keeps bringing us back, though, is how much care and attention the team puts into service. We're frequent NYC visitors and will keep returning to our favorite hotel. Thanks to Sandip, Ten, Amos, Johnny, Fernando, John, and the rest of the team for looking after us so well every time.

We came to town for three Broadway shows and spent two nights at the Times Square EDITION. The rooms are starting to show some wear, but the warm service more than made up for that, and we'd absolutely come back. From arrival, the team helped with our luggage and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Broadway chocolates and handwritten notes waiting in the room were a lovely personal touch. Joel at the Terrace Restaurant was attentive and hospitable, and Fernando on the welcome team brought great energy. Every interaction felt sincere. A perfect base for a Broadway getaway.

The martini at the bar was the best we've ever had, and room service the next morning was excellent. We stayed one night at The Edition in Times Square and had an amazing time. I've visited the Flatiron location several times, so I knew the hotel's high standards, but this location exceeded them. The rooms were immaculate, and everyone on staff was friendly, professional, accommodating, and eager to help. Thanks for a great night. We'll definitely be back!
