The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean with comfortable rooms. The front desk let us store some wedding decor in the luggage room so we didn’t have to carry it upstairs on our wedding night. At checkout, Carlos helped bring our bags and decor to the car and pack everything in. The complimentary breakfast was solid too. We had a great experience arranging wedding accommodations at the Marco LaGuardia Hotel. Romelinda made booking a courtesy room block a breeze and offered us a competitive rate. As the brides, we were upgraded to studio suites. They were huge, one even had a terrace, and gave us a perfect place to get ready with our bridal parties. We’d definitely stay again.

Mia gave great customer service yesterday, she deserves a raise. The room was very cold, at 76F max during the winter we’re having this year. The sheets were light, too, and checkout at 11 instead of even 12 is outrageous.

We booked a room here for one of our drivers, but when I called, the young woman on the phone was rude and couldn’t be bothered to help or transfer me to a supervisor. Luckily, another hotel nearby was available and happy to accommodate our driver.

Snyder found us a room with a balcony and a great view of the NY City skyline, and Mari and Mia welcomed us with smiles and helpful restaurant suggestions. The shuttle was quick and efficient, too. The Marco La Guardia Hotel was a terrific stay, and we’ll come back when we’re in the area.
