There are thoughtful extras that add to a stay here, including coffee all day and night, morning croissants, umbrellas, and package reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact, as you’d expect in Manhattan, but modern and spotless. It’s ideally placed for Soho and Little Italy. Highly recommend it.

We weren’t sure about the location at first, but it worked out great and felt safe at all hours. The modern rooms were very clean, as was the whole hotel, and had everything we needed plus a little more. Every staff member we met was a pleasure to deal with. We’d definitely stay again.

We booked twice for a total of six nights and would happily return. The staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The room was a decent size, a bit bigger than expected, and comfortable, with a bed that was easy to relax in after a long day. The area between Little Italy and Chinatown felt safe and mostly quiet, with lots of great food around and the subway less than a 10-minute walk away. Our first room faced the street and had some noise at night, but the courtyard room we switched to was wonderfully peaceful. One small surprise was that each booking included only two complimentary bottles of water, with a charge for more on later nights. Given the room price, that felt a bit much, though it’s a minor issue in an otherwise great stay.

I found this place on a whim, and it couldn’t have worked out better. It’s cute and cozy, tucked between Chinatown and an easy walk to Soho and the East Village. The staff don’t just act friendly, they make you feel welcome and take great care of you. Best hidden gem in all of NYC. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, and I’ll definitely stay here again. I recommend it to anyone visiting.
