Breakfast was generous and thoughtfully put together, and the linens and furnishings were high quality. The Warren Street Hotel has beautiful design that balances comfort with attention to detail, and I had a wonderful stay. The service is what sets it apart. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. They were professional while still making things feel personal, which made the whole stay effortless and special. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

That little library behind the lobby became my spot to work and meet friends from the city. The martini happy hour was a hit with everyone, too. I also loved being so close to the 9/11 Memorial, where we went back more than once and had time to pause and take it in. We picked Warren Street Hotel for a Spring Break trip with my 12-year-old after filtering for five stars, downtown, and our dates. From arrival on, the team looked after us so well. Nick, Carson, Natalie, Henry, Bryan, and everyone at the front desk made us feel cared for. The overnight staff even helped without hesitation when we needed allergy medicine from DoorDash at 3am. The rooms felt cozy and elegant, with deep, luxurious bedding and large showers. The design mixes playful touches with sophisticated taste in a way that feels curated, not kitschy. It reminds me of a stylish, well-traveled aunt's country home. Coming back here at the end of a long day was a delight every time. It feels polished and personal, and I love this hotel. I'll be back.

We spent four nights at Warren Street Hotel and had a great time. It's on a quiet Tribeca street, about a 3-4 minute walk from the subway, with the Financial District and West Village both easy to reach on foot. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and remarkably quiet. The decor is charming, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave us lovely city views. There's no gym or spa in the hotel, but guests can use Nexus Club. We appreciated that perk and enjoyed the club's saunas and locker rooms. The staff were warm and professional without being stuffy. Before check-in, we had our bags delivered by car service so we could go straight to a Broadway show, and the team handled it smoothly. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

In just a few weeks, Warren Street Hotel helped make my daughter's dream wedding happen. The event was lovely, the staff were helpful, and the food was delicious. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We've stayed at at least six Firmdale hotels and have loved them all. This is the newest one in NYC, and it has that same wonderful Firmdale charm.
