Sarah at the front desk made my visit such a pleasant one. She greeted me with a warm smile, handled check-in quickly, and was courteous, professional, and happy to answer my questions. Bassant made check-in easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I had what I needed. Her positive attitude set the tone for a great stay. The Holiday Inn was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had a great experience, and Bassant's help really made a difference. I'd happily come back and recommend this location.

The ride from the airport with Gary got our stay off to a great start. At the desk, Benjamin was cheerful and helpful, found us a great room, and arranged a ride to our ship. Later, Niomi was incredibly patient and sweet when we stopped at TEDS for a quick bite. Richard, the manager, checked that our food was okay and offered dinner ideas away from the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Holiday Inn Airport.

Sarah was so generous and courteous, and went out of her way to make me feel cared for. I appreciated that kindness a lot, and I'll be back next time I travel from Newark. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a roomy King bed, soft and firm pillow options, a cozy blanket, and a fridge. There was plenty of space for my things, and despite being near the airport, it stayed quiet.

Golda made the bar feel welcoming right away. She was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were really good. Even when things got busy, service stayed smooth. She clearly cares about guests and enjoys her work. A great bar experience.
