I've spent much of the past six years in hotels for work, and this is easily the best property I've stayed at. The hospitality from the staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, the sense of security, the complimentary breakfast, and the evening social hour all stood out. Management has things running so well that this place has reset my expectations; since staying here, other hotels have felt disappointing. I'd pick it over many high-end resorts I've visited. Highly recommended.

The staff are what make this hotel such an incredible place to stay. Everyone was helpful and kind, and regularly went out of their way without being asked. I've stayed in more than a dozen states and plenty of hotels, and these are the best people I've encountered. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were clean too. I'll definitely come back. I'm blown away.

For two months, while my kitchen was being remodeled, Homewood Suites felt like home. It's conveniently near the freeway and shopping, and the lobby's Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations made it feel especially welcoming. Manager Sagia & Kathryn run things efficiently with a skilled, friendly team across the desk, food service, housekeeping, and facilities. Every employee greeted me by name and made me feel welcome. Carlos, Susan, Ale, Mirabella, Claudia,Veronica prepared and served a good variety of breakfast and dinner, while Toni always made social hour inviting. Oscar, Jason, Gerson, Miriam, Brandie, Alicia, Dylan greeted me with a smile at all times of day. They became my extended family. The staff are experienced, competent, and professional, and I highly recommend Homewood Suites if you're in the SF Bay Area. Thank you for making my stay safe and comfortable, my home away from home.

It's a nice spot beside a mall, though the parking lot doesn't get much traffic. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and breakfast is decent.
