This place is a total fraud. Do not stay! I booked two weeks ahead, but when I arrived, a guy came out and told me they were fully booked. I was inside the house talking with him, so I can confirm I showed up at the property. A few days later, when I asked for a refund, they told the booking service I hadn’t come. Ridiculous. I have the Uber trip record from this hotel to the Marriott and the text messages. If needed, I can also ask the driver to confirm I was there.

The building and rooms look new and modern, and it was peaceful, not a sound. I parked my rental car outside with no problems, and the street was quiet. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

They took our money and then disappeared. I called after booking to confirm, and the guy said, “yep yep yep you’re all set.” When we arrived, the front door was locked, so we called again to ask how to check in. He said he’d “call someone to let you in,” then hung up and stopped responding. After a few more calls, the number was no longer in service. Bunch of fakes.

I arrived through United booking at 11 p.m., and there was nobody there. The listed phone number couldn’t be reached. I was stranded and felt at risk, along with two other people. I heard this happens regularly. Law enforcement should shut this place down quickly to protect visitors from out of town who come to NJ.

DO NOT BOOK! THIS LOCATION IS FRAUDULENT. I booked through Booking.com and couldn’t reach the property manager at check-in, despite trying over and over. Four of us were stuck in the stairwells during a snowstorm because there’s no reception area, and we all had booking receipts for this location. We waited more than 2 1/2 hours before leaving. Others had to wait for an airport shuttle to pick them up. I’m reporting the property on every site I can and have also filed a police report.
