We had three rooms for six people, but one room was so bad that we all ended up sleeping together in another one. The beds were in awful shape: one was broken and tilted so badly you could fall out, and the pillows were so flat we had to fold them over twice for any support. Rooms were very dirty, with even a chicken nugget stuck in the air-conditioning system. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and chemicals, and some comforters had cigarette burns. The door into the hotel was rigged so anyone could come and go without a key, which felt unsafe. The owner showed no interest in a refund, then charged me an extra $40 for an 'extra person' two days after checkout. When I called to explain we'd paid for three rooms and had six people, he said he'd refund it, but after numerous calls, that still hasn't happened. It cost far too much for what we got. The hotel was the only place with vacancies during a busy graduation weekend, but knowing what I know now, I should've pitched a tent in the woods.

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful the whole time, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good spot to rest. Very good stay, highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back.

The location was excellent, right by Walmart, BK, and several places to eat. We had a lovely stay, the rooms were great, and the staff were super nice.

The owner is rude, obnoxious, and nasty, and the woman at the desk was condescending and flippant. On arrival, there was a nasty mold smell. The outdated room was dirty and smelled bad, the AC was broken, the old toilet was disgusting, and the TV kept cutting out, along with other problems. We stayed a few weeks ago, but a death in the family meant I only got around to writing this now. I'd rate below one star if I could. Reviews from 'Kayla' and others showing five out of five stars appear on all the hotel sites, so they seem misleading and bogus. Do your own checking and go elsewhere. The owner doesn't need to reply. I've seen his responses, and they mislead people because he knows you can't answer his lies.

They canceled my reservation and said they'd refunded me, but they didn't. The place was disgusting and smelled like an old, moldy basement. The guy who answered the phone kept saying 'mhm, mhm, mhm,' which was very unprofessional. I don't recommend staying there at all.
