Courtyard Hartford Farmington

My wife and I checked out right away after seeing the stained sheets and some kind of insect in the room. We had already had to settle for unsanitary conditions after the hotel refused to honor the king room I had reserved weeks in advance. They told me on the day of check-in that they couldn't accommodate the booking, with no explanation. Manager Austin was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. There was no effort to help, offer another option, or even give a sincere apology. If you expect professionalism, transparency, or basic service, this hotel falls far short. I wouldn't recommend it if you need your reservation to be honored or staff to care.

Our wedding had more than 30 rooms in the block, and the getting-ready suite worked perfectly for hair and makeup. Guests could come and go in the morning for the light bites we set up, and we hosted an after party at the hotel for about 50 people. We kept hearing how kind the staff were. I wish I remembered everyone's names, but I do remember Malachi. From our first contact through the day after the wedding, Shane went above and beyond and made everything easy to manage. We held the room block in late October, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for one. Thanks again, Shane, for making it happen!

We were in town for our daughter's volleyball tournaments, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. With the huge snowstorm Connecticut was expecting, we decided to leave early, and they refunded us for one night. They were very welcoming. Thank you, Courtyard. We'll book again if there's another tournament.

Malachi Bourne made sure we had everything we needed and did all he could to make our stay comfortable. He's such a kind, sweet person. The people at this location are incredibly attentive. I hope the company appreciates team members like Malachi and gives them chances to grow, because they make it look top notch.
