The location is convenient, with restaurants and gas stations nearby, but we paid for a holiday stay that brought a lot of trouble. At check-in, we waited at the desk for over 15 minutes because nobody was there. The receptionist later explained she had to handle check-ins and checkouts, clean floors, pick up trash, and do other jobs. That’s a personnel management problem. She also told us to take the stairs because the elevator had been out for more than 3 weeks. We could manage three floors, but a family member had just had surgery. Our room smelled terrible and was dirty when we opened the door, and mold was starting in the bathroom because its ventilation didn’t work. The dog area ran out of waste bags and they weren’t refilled during our stay. People living in the building also left trash inside and outside. I hope management improves things.

The room was clean, with cable that worked and a decent kitchenette, but I wouldn’t recommend this except as a last resort. I was here for a week and couldn’t even get ice. Nobody cleaned the room, and the so-called continental breakfast was worse than a bad gas station. It’s a straightforward business hotel with no frills or amenities.

I stayed here a long time for work. The front desk was consistently professional and courteous, but they refused to fix my air conditioner. My room stayed between 80-85 all night. Housekeeping also seemed to keep finding reasons not to clean it. I eventually stopped asking and found a much better place for a little more money.

Most of the stay was great. I had a few small room complaints, but they were addressed, no big deal. The checkout lady, "Brandeis," was very sweet and put in work orders for the room. Check-in took a while because of an issue on the property. William could use a little sense of humor, but he’s a nice guy overall. I’ll be back next year for the events I attend in the area.
