The employee at the desk was apologetic and tried to help with the TV, though she couldn't fix it or find me a different room. Still, the television got no reception at all, and there was a roach in the bathroom. The shower was dirty, the king bed was lumpy, and the room smelled odd. It was hard to relax when I was afraid to touch anything. I bought cleaning supplies and Lysol at Publix and cleaned and deodorized the room myself. I put the rest in God's hands. 🙏 I only needed to stay two nights, and I didn't want to complain much because the hotel had a $100 hold on my bank card. The place looked much better from outside than the filthy room did. I took photos of the shower wall, though I'm not sure they show how bad it was. Anyone with a compromised immune system shouldn't stay here. The room seemed full of germs and other health hazards. I won't come back, and I can't recommend it except in a real emergency for a short stay. If you do have to sleep here, take precautions to protect your health. We live and we learn.

The breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly, and the room itself was quite nice. It just wasn't the room we'd booked. We asked for an accessible room, but got one with a low toilet and no grab bars. We'd stay again only if we could get the accessible room we always reserve. Also, Sleep Inn wifi wouldn't connect, while Mainstay wifi worked.

We keep coming back when we visit family, and it's been a great experience each time. On our most recent visit, Nia checked us in and made the whole process quick and easy. She was warm, funny, and such a sweetheart. Sleep Inn is a good choice for reasonable prices, decent rooms, and staff who are friendly and go out of their way to help. I'd happily recommend it.

Nina, the front desk attendant, was amazing and went out of her way to help. I think that was her name, the African American woman with graying hair. The hotel itself was stuffy, worn, smelly, and just trash. My first room door was open when I got there. The employee came up after I went back to the desk, knocked, then pushed the door open. It smelled like weed inside, so I was moved to another room. That one was stuffy too, with mold in the bathroom and a bad smell. People were coming and going all night, slamming doors. I called in the morning to ask for an extra hour to sleep, but they gave me only 15 minutes. Don't waste your time or money here. It's low budget, and you get what you pay for.
