stayAPT Suites Atlanta-Newnan

This is zero stars for management. I stayed next to room 317, where a guy with three kids was making noise. I told Oliver about it, but he didn't do anything beyond telling them to be quiet. If guests are paying good money, the manager should make sure they can be comfortable. You can't stay below or beside them because of the noise. It'd be comfortable here if you didn't have to deal with the riffraff. Management's conduct is terrible, and they don't take CLC lodging, which I find ridiculous.

The front desk service was the part I didn't like. I often felt like anything I asked was a nuisance, and sometimes nobody was there. I called several times while waiting at the desk and got no answer. I could see staff being friendly with other people waiting, but I felt treated differently. The room itself was extremely comfortable, and being able to cook there was a big plus. The laundry room was easy to use, and the place was always clean, neat, and smelled lovely. The staff did a great job keeping it that way.

My husband and I asked for a King suite, but got a double instead. The front desk woman said all the King rooms had leaks, and I don't understand why nobody told us before we arrived. Staff were often absent from the desk, so we'd have to call the emergency number just to get something brought to us. They seemed annoyed that we'd called. The fire pit was locked up and couldn't be used, either. We were told we'd be reimbursed for the first night, but that never happened. I messaged corporate and still haven't received the refund. Do NOT stay here!

Our family of four was pleasantly surprised by our first stay at Stay Apt Suites in Newnan. The room layout worked perfectly, even with me working remotely from it every day. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly, and GM Oliver was especially professional and amazing. We've already told friends about the place and plan to use it again when we need a stay. Kudos to Stay Apt Suites Newnan!
