American Tudor Inn

The room smelled like pee when we walked in, and the bed was hard, so the stay wasn’t comfortable. Most outlets and some lights didn’t work, and there was no light above the sink mirror.

The bed felt like plywood, and there was a big dip in the floor where the tiles were coming up. On top of that, there was a lot of people traffic. The room smelled like raw seafood.

The construction going on was far too loud and scared my pets. The room had a foul, strange odor as soon as I got there, the floor tiles were warped and sinking, and the bed was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever slept on.

The rooms already aren’t worth the price, and the front desk woman’s attitude makes it so much worse. She’s really rude and has no customer service skills. I was waiting for money to come through to pay for the room, and she told me to hurry because she had an errand and would be gone for an hour. After getting a late checkout the day before, I called to ask for one again and she just said no, even when I told her the guy had granted it the previous day. Awful.
