The beds were a little uncomfortable, but what bothered me most was how the front desk woman treated my mother during checkout. We greeted her politely and said good morning and thank you, while trying to get some strange smoking deposit back. She was cold for no reason and basically shooed us away. She'd been extremely rude to my mother at check-in too. Nobody should be treated that way on vacation. You're better off elsewhere if you want to feel welcome.

There was mold on the walls, and the towels were over-bleached, falling apart, and still smelled mildewy. I did get my extra upfront non-smoking deposit back, but at 7:30 in the morning the desk staff acted as though it was unreasonable to need them up. I had to ring the bell several times before anyone came so I could check out and get the deposit refunded.

I booked this place for my wife last week, and it was a mistake. Calling it a three-star hotel is ridiculous. The rooms were filthy, the towels stained, and the smell unbearable. Desk staff were hostile at check-in, as if we were a nuisance. Asking to change rooms got us contempt, and after we finally got another one, it was worse. A refund was out of the question. Even the low price is far too much. Don't stay here.

At check-in the woman yelled that I was cheap and hadn't paid enough for the room. I booked through a website at a set price, so the amount wasn't up to me. There were ticks in the beds, and the $50 smoking deposit was BS. If I smoked, I'd have booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one.
