Allred Hotel

After a terrible hotel stay in Lincoln City, we found this place and fell in love with it. It’s clean and beautiful, with spacious rooms and amazing views. The service was friendly, and having a restaurant on site was great. It’s dog-friendly and just steps from the beach, plus there’s a warm indoor pool and a big hot tub. We’ll definitely be back!

We were happy with our choice of the Allred. The staff were amazing, the food was fantastic, the bar was wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were a godsend. It’s right on the beach on the stunning west coast shore, and though it costs a bit more than some comparable places, it was worth every penny. The rooms have been renovated and updated, but you can still tell the building is older and could have benefited from a little more investment. That didn’t take away from an amazing experience. I’ll keep coming back to Newport as long as the standards stay the same.

We’re two Aussies on a road trip and stopped for the night. The property was in excellent shape, and reception welcomed us warmly. Our room was magnificent, with a huge bed and a balcony over the ocean. There were even binoculars for watching whales if it’s the season. The bar and restaurant were comfortable and had more views, with firepits on the outside balcony. Food and drinks were tasty and well priced. We’ll definitely rave about this place.

This was my second stay, and the bistro and bar food was fabulous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a fully stocked mini kitchen. You can see the ocean from bed. Downstairs, there’s a large patio with seating. The bathroom has an insanely large shower, and there’s a gas fireplace and AC. I’d say you need at least two nights to really enjoy it.
