The chapel inside the building has a lot of charm, and the rooms were tidy and clean. Just be prepared to pay $40 a night to park at the aquarium lot, which isn’t very close. That’s the only overnight parking option. The bathroom is shared, dorm-style, so bring flip-flops for the shower. There’s a bad sewage smell on the stairs, though it goes away by the third floor.

For one night, this was perfect. It’s a room above a ministry, so there’s no TV, AC, or bathroom in the room, but it was very clean, the rate was great, and the location is the best in Newport. I’d stay again. Five stars for what it is.

The room was very small and the service was awful. It was the cheapest place we found, but I wish we’d paid more to stay somewhere else. I regret booking here.
