I was traveling alone when a sudden health emergency sent me to the front desk. Jillann responded with real concern and professionalism, stayed with me while I called 911, and remained there as I reached family who were hours away. She kept me calm and even brought a pillow while we waited for emergency personnel. It could have felt terribly isolating, but her kindness made it manageable. Jillann went well beyond what I expected, and I won’t forget how she treated me in such a vulnerable moment. She’s a tremendous part of the team and a wonderful example of hospitality. Thank you for your compassion and help. It made a lasting difference in my life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were just passing through, but will stay here again on future travels. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds comfortable. Jillann did a lovely job at breakfast, and the café was tidy and well stocked.

We booked from the road late at night and were lucky to get the last room, with a king size bed. We slept in and missed the continental breakfast, but the room was nice and the showers, bed, floors, and bathroom all seemed clean and up to standard. Checkout was easy, with a hospitable desk clerk and a happy smile. I’d recommend the place and stay again.

The room was really nice and clean. The only small problem was that the mattress springs at the edge felt weak, noticeable only when getting in or out of bed. I’d recommend this place.
