The breakfasts were memorable, and having them on the rooftop terrace with views of Newport was top-notch. Cindy and the staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready with tips for local restaurants and places to see. We couldn’t have been happier choosing the Outlook Inn. This boutique hotel had the personal touch we were hoping for and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Serena was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was great. The room was just the right size for us, and the location made the whole getaway easy: we walked to dinner, the cliff walk, and bowen’s wharf. We had a wonderful one day/night couples trip, and for my first B&B experience, I couldn’t have asked for more. Strongly recommend!

Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, honestly better than eating out, and other guests said the same. My girlfriends and I had the two-bedroom, two-bath suite with a deck. It was clean, modern, and comfortable, and early check-in was easy thanks to great communication. Such a good stay, we’ll be back and recommending it.

The innkeepers were friendly, and both the breakfast and the updated, very clean Outlook Inn made the stay worthwhile. The tricky part was getting checked in. There’s temporary parking beside the building, but whenever we passed, a car was already using it, and there was nowhere to park on the street either. My husband and I circled for about 20 minutes. I wish they had a parking lot.

I’ve been vacationing in Newport for years, but this is the most impressed I’ve been with a place there. The attention to detail and top-notch service really stood out, especially Serena. I’m planning to return and tell friends and family about it.
