Jordan Hotel

Greg at the front desk was a big help when we had trouble with the AC. The view and atmosphere are lovely and cozy, and the complimentary mocktails and roasting marshmallows were nice touches. The rooms felt dated and were very basic, but they were quiet. Good service and hospitality made up for that, and I’d like to return in another season.

The room had a cigarette smell that got into everything. Housekeeping sprayed the carpet, but it didn't clear it. That was the main downside of our stay. We also got back from snowboarding hoping to browse the gift shops, but they were already shut, even though the website said they were open. I wish they'd stayed open later. Otherwise, the Jordan's ski-in, ski-out location is hard to beat. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast buffet was great, and we liked the gym and sauna. The front desk and valet staff were friendly and helpful.

We’ve lived in New England our whole lives, and this was our best stay anywhere in the region. The staff made us feel at home, always greeting us warmly and happy to help. They made our anniversary especially memorable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. 💕 The hotel felt welcoming and fresh, and it was spotless from the rooms to the rest of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable, too. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

After a full day on the slopes, the heated outdoor pool, jacuzzis, sauna, and steam rooms are a great way to unwind and recover. Staying at the Jordan Hotel also makes skiing at Sunday River easy. Leave your skis at reception, pick them up in the morning, then ski straight to the Jordan Bowl Super Fast 8 person lift for the best runs of the day.
